This site stretches and shrinks and will fit to your resolution. The ticker, however, will not show right unless your resolution is 1280 x 1024.
Site has been tested in Firefox and IE. Looks best in Firefox, works okay in IE.
If you use some weird no-name browser the site hasn't been tested in, make sure it supports CSS and javascript. Dunno why it wouldn't, but hey, I guess some people still use text only browsers. :D
